We have had our fair share of rain this afternoon! The sky turned dark, like night and then the heavens opened up! Rain, hail, and wind! It seems to have passed by now, but it's still cloudy. Better then the rain we had!
I sold a ton of cards at my new little eBay shop. I wish some of the other crafting items would have sold, but most are still hanging around. I put them on for 30 days. It's as good as sitting in my studio!
I thought it was time to make some graduation cards. This is a Cornish Hertiage Farms set from last year. It seems works just fine. I made my owl pink---perfect for a girl graduate! When I start to use the Bella Rose paper from SU, I want to keep making more and more cards with it. This paper is the same colors that I chose for my wedding, many moons ago. My girls dresses were the green on top and printed skirts with big bold pink flowers. There colors give me a warm feeling!
Thursday will be Barry's last day at Wally World. He goes to sign the papers for school on Friday and starts a week from this Monday. What a great Mother's Day present. We can't afford anything else, so that works for me!
They closed the schools here in Lewisville, TX so my Madelyn will be spending time with Grandma next week. Monday she'll be at her Aunt Dani's and then I see her for several more days. Grandma will not get much crafting done on those days. Her Mom is out of town until Wednesday night, so she's going to see if she can stay home with Maddy on Thursday and Friday. I think they've gone a little overboard on closing the whole school system, but I'm sure the kids think it's fine!
Not much else with the Bloom's today. My GF Gretchen bought me a wonderful gift this week. A brand new pad of Basic Grey paper and I'm hoping to meet up with her tomorrow so I can dig into those wonderful purple pages!
Take care and have a blessed day!
Great cards Paula, I can certainly see why you are selling so well on ebay!Hope you get some sunshine soon!
