You've read one too many blogs when you start to say to yourself "what were they thinking"! I have a list, like most of us, and faithfully go to their blogs and check out their new work, but lately, I've been thinking that either some of the work is too off the wall, or it all looks the same! I know I've fallen into that myself. I've been using some of the same stamps day after day and my work does all tend to run together! How about you? And because I've fallen into this myself, I'm going to show you some of my work that looks just like work I've done before!
Stamp in Up's Tart & Tangy still is a sweet set to make cards with. I was able to dig up enough paper to make a set of 4 cards. Only 2 are like this one and the other 2 have apples on them.
Yes, you're right, this design and stamp set seem to look like something you've seen before! It's another old favorite from SU. It's hard for me to make a spring card without my Martha butterfly punch. I heard she has another one that I need to have. The butterfly is open. Sounds like it's going to be on my "must" list!
Last night Madelyn came to visit while her parents when to a big dinner. We had Wendy's. Maybe I should say she had a Wendy's Strawberry Shake because her chicken nuggets didn't move out of the box! Instead of crafting, we watched Harry Potter until she feel asleep. It was a race between her Grandpa and her to see who could stay awake the shortest! She won!
Today Barry is working all day and I'm doing the wash and trying to finish up some cards for sale. I only have one left on eBay this weekend. I'm so happy they are selling. The money really come in handy! Tomorrow Barry is off and as usual I'm sure I won't get a whole lot done, but he's got a meeting in the evening so maybe I can work on cards then. It's time for Graduation and Father's Day! The year is flying bye.
Have a wonderful day and enjoy your weather!
I love all of your cards Paula! They look different to me, and besides, everybody has their own style, and I like your style! ~~Pam (cardcrazy)
