Seems like on Monday I have everything from the weekend to catch up on and the faster I go the more I get behind! I was suppose to get up when Barry left for work. I have lots of design work to do. That didn't happen. I kissed him good by and fell right back to sleep! No Surprise there! When I finally got up, I had to hurry to get the trash out. I heard the truck coming down my street. So now that that's done, I hurry to finish some cards I was making yesterday and my camera needs new batteries! Madelyn visited us yesterday and I let her play with the camera. She had such a good time taking pictures and since it's a digital camera, it doesn't matter how many pictures she takes. So now, I've put the wash up, changed the batteries and finished the two cards I was working on. I NEED a Nap!
Let me share with you! Kitchen Sink Stamps 3 Step Daisy's and the little verse is from Never At a Loss For Words. I told you how easy the daisy stamps were to use yesterday and the more I play with them the easier they get. If you need a great set of small words and sayings, you need to check out the Never At A Loss For Words set too. It's a set packed full of words! I used Stampin Up paper for the back round and Stampin Up ink to make the flower. I used a small scallop punch for the verse and tied it to the flower's center using a brad. It swings free for some added fun.
The next card I made using the same paper since it was out is from Stampin Up's new Spring catalog. It's called Nursery and Necessities. I knew I wanted this set the minute I laid eyes on it. I'm not sure why but it just seemed to call out my name. I know, lots of them call my name, and I tend to answer yes to most, but I'm so glad I did on this one. I used my new star punch on this card as well. I want more punches. They are so fun to work with and as you can see on both cards I make a lot of use of them!
Well, off I go to the dryer now. Have a great day everyone and may all your days be blessed with Sunshine and Happiness!
Oh Paula these are gorgeous! Love that paper and wow those stamps are so cute. Love what you did with the stars and how you popped up the main images with the inking behind them. So adorable! :)
