Third Time Is the Charm!
This is the third time I've sat down at the computer this afternoon and tired to write this---each time Mr "Needy" needed something! I've parked his butt in front of the TV for the moment, so here's hoping I can get it done!
Mr Fluffles is so cute! I just love stamping this image and soon some new playmates are coming to join the Fluffles family. I have ordered several new ones from http://www.frugalities. Check them out---what a site! I've managed to save hundreds of dollars in "things"! See I can help out the saving cause.
Anyway I think this card turned out very cute and with my copic markers the colors are so rich and true. I used the blender pen to add a little grey on the body of the cat, but when I went to add a little green under him, I couldn't find the blender pen. If anyone has seen my desk they will understand. I know it's there somewhere. I'm sure it will come out of hiding soon. I added the grasshoppers from one of my Paper Tray sets. What would a "Paula" card be with ribbon and a Prima flower!
I enjoyed my two days to myself. I really didn't do much. I napped in peace and ate when I wanted and that was a treat. I did make several cards and got the dishes done, but other then that, I was lazy! It was so nice to have the whole bed to myself and not have anybody ask me in the middle of the night "where are you going?" Like going to the potty is a treat---not at my age!
Well, I don't have much in the way of plans for the weekend. We're suppose to have rain in Dallas. Nothing new with that. I do need to food shop and maybe see a movie at the $ theaters. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy your families.
